'A' Squad

 

Gavin Snodgrass: The Balleybofey man is the regular goalkeeper for the reserves and also got some playing time with the first team during Pre-Season.
Paul Devins: An attacking defender and a great passer of the ball. Paul joined the Rovers 'A' squad after impressing with Strand Celtic
Justin Curran: Signed at the start of the 2010 campaign. Justin is a versatile player, capable of playing in defence and midfield.  
Conor Davey: Conor is also a very versatile player, he can play anywhere across the back four and as a left winger. He is regular in both the U-20 and 'A' sides.
Conor McNulty: Conor is a new addition to the squad this year after signing from Finn Harps, where the defender was very highly rated,  
Danny Keohane: Danny has been with Rovers for a few years now, and has made a few First team appearances at Left-Back. He was also part of the Europa League squad in 2009.
Kevin Devaney: Kevin has been with Rovers for two seasons as part of the A Team squad. The midfielders good form this year seen him make his debut in the 4-0 win over UCD, coming on for Rafael Cretaro.  
Shane Brannigan: Shane is one of the senior players in the squad, now into his 3rd season. He can play anywhere across midfield and has been known to play up front.
 
Kieran Brick: Kieran has been with the club for two seasons now. He is a great ball playing midfielder and is always looking to get forward, he's chipped in with a few goals last season and this season so far.

Brendan Fitzsimons: Brendan is a hard working and tackling midfielder who joined the U-20 side last season. He was also part of the U-18 Cup winning squad. 

 
Gavin O' Dwyer: Another senior member of the squad, Gavin can play as a right midfielder or right back, and has been the creator of a number of goals for the 'A' side.
Barry O'Mahony: Barry re-signed for the 'A' Team this year having left last season to play junior football. He has played underage football for Ireland and is one of the most highly rated young local players.
Gavin Butler: Gavin joined Sligo Rovers last season and like a number of the current players, was part of the U-18 Connaught Cup winning squad.
Darragh Healy: Darragh has been in impressive goalscoring form for the Rovers since joining. Last season he finished 2 highest scorer for Rovers, just behind Mark McGoldrick.
Mark McGoldrick: Mark is a clinical finisher who broke into the First team last season. He was the top scorer for the 'A' Team last season and also scored his first Senior Goal in a 3-0 FAI Cup Quarter-Final victory over Monaghan United.

Colin Feehily: Feehily finished top scorer for the U-20 side two seasons ago, He was mainly used a sub last season but scored a stoppage time winner in Castlebar to make it 3-2.
